Do I need to book a separate consultation?
No — just book your appointment directly. Sharon will carry out your consultation at the start of your visit before any treatment begins.
How long do Japanese straightening results last?
Japanese straightening is permanent — your treated hair will remain straight as it grows. Touch-ups typically every 6–12 months as new growth comes in.
Can I get any service in the private room?
Yes — all services are available in the private room upstairs with no exception. No surcharge. Closed on Wednesdays.
What is the Collagen Hair Steamer?
A smoothing and shining treatment using collagen-infused steam. Softens and smooths without permanently changing your texture. Completed within the hour.
Are you open every day?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday — 10am to 6pm. Closed every Wednesday.
What aftercare is needed after a perm or straightening?
Sharon will advise at your appointment. Generally: avoid washing for 48–72 hours, use sulphate-free shampoo, avoid tight styles initially.
